I just saw a GWF on the XBox1 wearing Elemental Alliance Assault Scalemail and the Elemental Alliance Assault Sullet. Now, from what I've been lead to believe, that is only available to creat at level 5 Black Ice Shaping. How would it be possible to have that gear this quickly? Shouldn't the max Caer-Koenig rep possible at this point be 110-130?

    They drop in T2 dungeons.
