Eye of Lathandar artifact bugged?

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
I opened up chest in dread ring, phantasmal fortress with gauntlets and got a message, "received special reward" Eye of Lathandar. It would not let me take it though and after trying several times it said I was out of coffers and I never got the artifact in my inventory. Has this artifact not been implemented yet in xbox version? Figures one time I win something, I cant get it...

    You have to press X to claim it, rather than A. It's a known issue that the devs are working on.
