The LS rAD has been removed. Fine. Now let's move on. How about some constructive ideas on what can be done with the "new" LS. (sorry if I don't get all task names right)
My ideas:
Remove three task limit
Swap 24h level 25 task with the rare task that earns you a Mark of Gratitude
Add bag of enchantments (maybe lose some grey/green chests)
Add a task to help with Stronghold builds
There's a few.
I know that with the abundance of intelligent folks out there still wanting to play Neverwinter many more ideas will come about.
One more thing...maybe on the 1-60 leveling quests there could be a small amount of rAD given?

I think all leadership tasks should be scrapped and build from the ground up. We currently have a 1 day task that deliver exactly the same reward that a 4 hour task gives. This tells me just adding in or removing a few will still leave a bunch of tasks that will just frustrate and baffle users. If they remove all tasks and add them from scratch it should make leadership usable again. It will not even take a lot of time, since all artwork/graphics/code is already there they just need to decide :

FORCING the majority of your player base to play 4 mod old dungeons and trial will have a bad result on player base
Changes are getting so bad i would rather prefer no new changes (RIP ICE FISHING in winter fest)
It used to give 4000 rAD, now it gives 4000 xp, which is a drop in the bucket for post-60 advancement. Add random blue stronghold voucher(s) to the rewards, and it suddenly becomes worthwhile again. (But please no wood/food/stone/metal vouchers -- those are a complete waste).
Edit: even people not in guilds will benefit, because they can sell the wands (rare resource) on the AH.
What about these?:
1. cut prices at WB. (more detailed posts show cost in thousands of real dollars and/or years of time. too high)
2. and/or drop some of that WB stuff in dungeons, like random gmops etc.
3. one my favs i read in 'ad-change' thread is leverage the good part of the game, 1-60 leveling is well made, more AD thru this part. This could help that 60-70 quest grind by giving LOTS of AD there. Players hit 70 with some money to spend (helping producers), and can maybe get into the epic-dungeons and actually be able to play.
4. More BoE, less BoP. Get people playing to sell again.
5. Ease player's pain at the LS-axe by a LS rework. Add various rewards like 'ad-vouchers' for this mass stronghold ad requirement. Then investment would not have been a complete waste like it is now.

If the "fix" for Leadership is just to sub SH AD vouchers for real AD, that will be a very poor fix indeed.
People should have also spent years working toward Perfect enchantments. Unfortunately they did not fix the many exploits in the early modules nearly fast enough, or effectively ban/strip good from the cheaters, so Perfect became the norm rather than the eventual goal. They introduced Pure and Transcendent without first having plugged all the holes, so those too became expectations rather than eventual goals.

2) stronghold vouchers (ie surplus equipment/astral diamond/gems)
Maybe the second one wouldn't be such a good idea as stated above, but at the very least increasing XP revenue would help Leadership still feel like a worthwhile investment.
1) Complete review and severe downsizing of AD sinks throughout the game, from crafting to keys to companion upgrades to transmutation to enchantment refining to cost of wondrous bazaar items. Everything except GMOPs, cats, jagged blades and mount training should be lowered about 90%. Those exceptions should be lowered by about 70%.
2) Leadership tasks in long time frames to make MOPs (1 day) and GMOPs (12 days) and to find dragon eggs (1 week?).
3) Elimination of pointless daily grinding requirements except for pvp rewards. All endgame campaign zone quests should award RAD to a daily limit, allowing players to choose which content to grind instead of being in the same boring dungeon or skirmish for the thousandth time.
4) Complete rewrite of the leadership profession, obviously, which should have been done before taking this action. Rank 25 rewards should be vastly greater than they are now and especially when compared to rank 13 rewards. Leveling should no longer be so mind-numbingly slow.
5) Restore salvage value and drop rates of epic weapons and armor to mod 4 levels.
6) An ACTUAL SPAM FILTER in chat.
7) Actually targeting and banning bots without punishing players.
I would suggest 2 things restore daily and hourly quest back to way they were and these simple changes
Restore dungeon hr give 3k ad in chest and 3k ad from completion total 6 k AD
PVP 1k AD per match complete 4 matches quest get bonus 4k ad total 8k ad max daily. Then get seal of triumph and 4k ad for win of PVP like before.
Restore skirmish hr give 1500 AD per skirmish for 4500ad max and 4500 AD bonus for completion
this would give over achievers a daily Ad rough AD of 27k ad 3 over max refine any way
but just doing as before change still 20k AD
restore ad to leadership with changes
1st 1 leadership per class with max per account 5 classes (Each Must be a diferent Clas IE HR<CW<GF<GWF<TR)other words max 5 leadership setups per account this way all players can play the character class they want and have AD to grow each.
2ndTo fix ad Bot solution and have players in game. 1 character from Account must complete any combo of the above IE 1 dungeon run and reward and 4 PVP matches and reward or 1 dungeon and reward and run 3 skirmishes and get reward this will generate reward of total of leadership for account coffer not player assigned
you must remember to do 2 of 3 dailies a day to collect 5 tunes of leadership @around 18k ad per tune generates 18k ad x4 +24k equals a total income max @ 96 k AD max but you will see far less going out in AD due to not all have that many classes any way. LAST also would have the ability to do leadership on Gateway for us who work
No one legit should have a problem with this it solves issue of grinding complaining. Issue of I can play just one toon a day and support all my others. Also NO more excuse not to do your SH things
I am sorry for those who played by the rules of PW and lost the leadership but we needed something to fix the leadership Issue. This will help the economy and give solo players a hand also I play solo and might level a 2nd toon if thes changes were in place and I would defiantly spend money to give it a good kick start in game to keep from grinding 70 levels
