Feat Points assigned to the wrong feat upon commit.

Hello,

I am levelling my new Oathbound Paladin following the Devotion Paragon Path. For Paragon Feat Points I am following the Light Path.

She has recently hit Level 49 and I applied the Feat Point to the "Echoing Heal" Feat. I already had 4/5 points in this feat and wanted to bring it to 5/5. I have carefully planned my feat point path so I did not make a mistake when assigning the point.

When I pressed the Commit button I was annoyed to see that the point was applied to the "Healer's Touch" feat above and I could not change it.

When I hit level 50 I tried to again assign the point to "Echoing Heal" and again the system assigned the point to "Healer's Touch" after I commited. These were not mistakes on my part but the system assigning the points to the wrong feat upon commit.

Can you please let the dev's know about this bug and if possible unassign my last two feat points so that I can hold them until the bug is fixed.

I have always found it disturbing that a game of this magnitude has no in-game bug-reporting system especially as I have spent a lot of money in-game on Zen only to have glitched and bugs like this occur with no way of reporting them.

** Addition **
Since my initial report I have hit level 51 with my Paladin so I tried one more time to assign the point to "Echoing Heal" and this time it worked so I do not know what happened last time unless it was some kind of lag issue (which the servers have been suffering badly from since the update). Still I'm now left with two points allocated to a feat that I didn't want.

Any update on this please? I don't need a full respec as my characters powers are shaping up nicely. I only need to reset my Paragon Feat points. I am not going to pay for a feat respec with Astral Diamonds for something that was not my fault.

Kind Regards,

I wish you luck, and curious how your issue plays out. I have 2 problems, first on my SW after the forced respec his ability scores changed. His con is 10, where this is a secondary ability and has an absolute minimum roll of 12, but mines 10. I asked for a reroll to fix this and they just sent me here.

The second one I submitted a ticket because a few of my toons didn't reset last week. They sent an official response to me that all characters would get another forced respec with this weeks update. Knowing that I tried a couple other feats to just get a feel for them. Well, not all characters got another respec, they just reset the ones that had issues the week before. So, now I have ruined my character because of the info they gave me. I asked for respec token, and they said well we meant only the toons that didn't get one the week before so we are sorry for your mistake. But, it's not my mistake you said another that implies they got one already. Now you are saying the ones that didn't get one, so how would it be another?

Anyways, I'm with you really enjoy the game but I feel like I am the one who has to pay for mistakes they make with either software or communications. Seems to be a culture inside the company, they take no blame for anything. Servers dropping, we're being attacked; they have the whole system down for hours some weeks back and they say it was an error on microsofts side, but Microsoft has no clue about it. Servers go out and it's their service providers error. The finger always points the other way for any dissatisfaction their customers deal with. I'd respect them just a bit more if they just owned up and took care of the player base when things like this happen.

The easy solution for my issues is to apologize and give me the 3 respecd and reroll, a 3000 zen total ($30). instead they want to act like the SW ability thing is my fault and say it was my misunderstanding instead of their misinformation. So, for the cost of $30 they are going to push away a player that will spend more than $30, and to be clear it really costs them $0 to give me digital tokens and it will really cost them the money I would pay.

    End rant
