Ok... so AD from leadership is gone. We get that. Now that it is... you... (you being the Neverwinter Development Team)... need to adjust a few things.
The prices in the Auction House will self stabilize soon... we are already seeing it. Prices are falling. However, its the "Cryptic Provided" fixed prices on items, services, and campaigns that need to be lowered accordingly... and now.
Let's see... we have:
1) The ridiculous AD donation requirements for Stronghold Advancement.
2) Everything being sold in the Bazaar... specifically GMOP's.
3) The AD costs for special keys... Kessels @ 10,000 AD, Mystic Dragon @ 10,000 AD,Arcane Dragon @ 20,000 AD, Valindra's Tower @ 10,000 AD, Malabog's @ 10,000 AD. The return on investment for these are negative... making the keys worthless.
4) The AD cost of the weapons and armor from the vendors in PE... you can get as good or better for a fraction of the cost on the Auction House.
5) Services like the prices of respecs, rushing companion training, rushing profession tasks, companion renames, guild bank tabs, and more.
6) The component costs for higher level profession tasks (things like 100,000 AD to make level 25 jewels, armor kits, etc)
7) Transmuting fees!!! Really? I think 50K AD is now a bit out there now.
8) The 24K per day AD cap... needs to go up.
I am not going to jump on the "Doom and Gloom" bandwagon. But these things need to be addressed... as they seriously inhibit the ability for players, and guilds... to advance.

We finished up the our upgrade to rank 5 guild hall today and I am sitting here looking at the AD cost for our first boon structure. 2,500,000 ADs .... this is going to be a painful amount at the moment for our members to come up with (most are not making their full amount per day).

I have no issue buying zen, some people however do. I have already seen some of them leave. But since they arent paying players... no one else cares.

If he catches one fish a day... that is not enough food to survive. In fact that barely covers his "nutritional" needs. He needs to be able to gather enough fish... to sell. So he can then buy veggies and other food items the thrive. That way he wont need to use 3rd parties to help him out.
My thoughts are this... you reinstate the LP and Rhix dailies... AND give AD with every boss kill... then add the AD from salvage... AND allow for refining more rAD. I do not think that earning 50k a day by doing dailies and salvaging... in say 3 to 4 hours... would suffice. Increase the refining limit to 36k.
Since M6 you have stripped all ability to earn AD... in a timely manner. That forced players to create Leadership Armies. Cryptic is the reason that these Armies exist, no one else is to blame.
The game's programming is the reason that the bots exist.
Your actions have been reactionary and unproductive. Every step you take is one step behind. To get ahead, one needs to take BOLD actions. Actions that require a large set of brass ones...

Tiamat has far higher requirements than the old bots in Sharandar required. It's also likely they'd queue at a preset time, so essentially they'd be easy to "trap" into one instance. They could also make the 1-2k reward for beating the instance, something that would be far too much work for a botter, and it would fix the AFK people.

Simply buying Zen and being a good customer hasn't done it for me here so far. I have ANOTHER job. This is a game.
