That will answer your question completely. Your welcome!

Edit: Most powerful is the Token of Chromatic Storm

Love the Storm artifact! Has come down a TON of AD since it was first place on market. If you can afford it...it IS a game changer!

Also...Latern is still a classic but is not to far behind Book of the Dead and Portal Stone

My current Equipped Artifacts: Legendary Token, Legendary Horn, Epic(close to legendary) Lantern, Epic Portal Stone

Also have Epic Tiamat Orb, Rare Waters, Rare Wheel of Elements, and one of each Epic Dragon Heart. So I think I can say for certain that I know the Token is the best one THUS FAR. haha

It's depends on a lot.. the class, your build, and the stats of the artifact. Great weapon fighter for example... the horn of lostmauth combined with the other 2 piece gear set would be the number 1 artifact as GWF have natural high weapon damage so you can deal insane damage if building around high crit. So for dps most would argue it's the best artifact. Prob the same for rogues too. That's why the set is so expensive.

But my scourge warlock the damage of the set bonus would only make up about 5% of my total damage when fully geared. I don't like the stat of the belt either. The number 1 warlock artifact would be the sigil of the devoted for damage since warlock's have low AP gain, having the artifact can be the difference between being able to use TT on every group of mobs in dungeons or not.

Theres so many good artifacts. Lantern, tiamat, waters, wheel of elements, book of the dead, chromatic storm,... not to mention the class specific artifacts (sigil of....). I think it depends a lot on what you're after
.. AP gain, combat advantage, AOE control etc. Every class will have different preferences. For me the sigil of the devoted as it's the only reason I leveled a cleric. How many artifacts can you say that about? But for most the lostmouth horn. It's 5m AD after all. It must be good!

Symbol of Water can deal up to 4-5 mill dps if it crit (also lol set apply on it).
Ofc you need at least 8-10 mobs near on the impact.

This will come to y soon.
