Stamina Glitch

I have a lvl 70 GWF, a lot of the times after death it does not give you your stamina back. In order to fix this, you have to defeat yourself. Can you please fix this?

    I get the same problem with my SW which is really irritating as he can't move quick enough without stamina to dodge attacks. This is especially bad in dungeons as I have to leave to correct it, any fix coming in the near future I wonder.
