vault of the nine and epic artifact quest bug

in Bug Reports (Xbox One)
so i have 1 lvl 70 and one lvl 61 and it will not let me start the vault of the nine quest and the epic artifact quest from lord ne states that i only have 1 60 and will not let me finish the quest so far iv been told by arc to come here and havent really gotten any help on there end any help would be great

    I have the exact same issue. Emailed Arc and they told me to come here.

    The is an old carry over in the dialogue. You must have 2 level 70 characters to get the quest. Icewind Dale was a level 60 Zone on pc before mod 6. The dialogue is from then. The bug is that the dialogue needs fixed, not that you cannot get the quest.

    Xbox here, change the dialogue. Level 60 I justified with an alt to start this for my main. Now I put in the work got the alt to 60 and I find out its really 70? Nothing "in game" says this. From 60-70 is to much of a time commitment for a char that's not my main. Its not "good to know" after you wasted your time its terrible and its time I wish I had spent on my main. Our time is valuable and it should be clear on the quest in protectors enclave and in Icewind Dale before you decide if you want to commit to completing this quest.
