Can't Arc Issue A statement As To What Is Going On

I know that the servers were attacked according to Arc, and I seen this displayed on the home play, but only for a short time. I still can't log in, and I have looked for a statement from Arc to tell us what is going on but nothing. I am so disappointed in both the game and Arc, that I just might just stop playing all together even though I have spent well over $100 purchasing ZEN.

    I issued one myself because I lost my daily reward for Killing 25 Cultist. I accepted the quest and after killing the required cultist I noticed that the quest was not showing on the screen. When I went back to collect, it showed that I could accept the quest in 15 hours. I have yet to hear back myself, and we probably never will or we might hear back a week from now.

    After the attack started my account says temporary suspended. I still not able to play and not gotten an email from arc yet

    If you do hear back from them they most likely will tell you that the issue is not their problem, and to take it up with Xbox. This is what they always tell me about 80% of the time, and I have issued many support tickets.

    You found their phone #? There is no phone # listed that I could find. Their website does not have any phone numbers listed, and even Xbox does not have a number for Arc. Good luck calling them.

    Calling is futile and it should be. Phone support for a game is nuts.

    If anyone takes your (support) call, they should be fired. Instead of listening to you rant, they could have answered 10 tickets.

    If you can't log on, neither can anyone else (likely). Posting in the forums or creating a ticket:

    It's simply butthurt "they think they're smarter" teens exibiting a tantrum, they're mad about the new content so they're DDOS'ing the servers.

    i don't even know what you guys are talking about, when did this happen? i got on about 11:30 PM CST today with no problems. Prior to that i logged off at 4:30 AM CST. maybe i was lucky and missed the down time, but at most that is 7 hours.

    also, if ARC said the servers were under attack, then doesn't that kind of count as an announcement? other than that i'm not sure what more you want. if a server is under attack, you pretty much have to wait it out.

    I agree with soonergm - a DDOS is not Cryptics fault and there was an official thread with links to it in more than one place. Maybe you can try to blame them for not putting it where you looked but this situation was not their fault.

    The link I posted above had a couple of updates and was pinned on the General board.

    Also, you talk about quitting and spending lots of zen like a long term active player but your forum account is 6 weeks old? I know these things are annoying but the only person at fault is the script kiddy who sent the attack.
