Lvl 70 best in slot

Ok need some help here just hit 70. Should I grind for black ice gear or the gear from seals. What's best in slot for PVE.

    Well, if my memory serves me right, Black Ice Gear is better tailored for PvP. I would say go for the Gear from Seals

    I know my comment is delayed and you have probably figured out an answer for this question already, but
    i would recommend you attempt to get a set of elemental gear from doing dungeons, or pulling some PvP gear [Grim or Burning]. Gear from seals and the gear that is dropped in dungeons are different sets, and for hunters a couple of pieces of the dungeon gear is actually better stat-wise than the seal gear.
