Malabog bugged..

We've been working on Malabog, but everytime we get him down to ~50% and he casts the lightning AOE the fight lags, then starts rubber banding repeatedly until the oarty is dead.

Played around trying to see if there's any connection with an encounter / power causing the issue, but seems to do lag/rubber band regardless.
