Lvl 12 bug

I have started two Oathbound Paladins. Both time started out fine. I had my roomates grind with me to get lvls faster. But both times, once I got to lvl 12 all quests in the game dissappear. NO ONE anywhere has quests. So I deleted my first pali and started another. Got to lvl 12 then it happened again. So I went into Pvp and was able to get to lvl 13. Still no quests. Anyone know how to get around this? I really don't want to have to start another pali just to have it happen again.

    General Knox should send you to the second zone. But even if he does not, you should go to the first camp fire and some orcs will give you quests to start in that area.

    If you have out leveled an area, go to the next area.

    That being said, you can still talk to the NPC's to get the quests but I don't believe the quest icon will no longer show over them.
