Question on lvl 60+ items

So i currently have lvl 60 epics on my guys. For example, my CW has the high vizier set. The points of the armor is 92 (i think) but the points on some of the green/blue item drops are higher. Is it worth it to buy lvl 61/62 rare equipment or is it better to stick with my full set of lvl 60 stuff since i have the bonuses from the full set.

Just like with GS.....ITEM LEVEL should not be anyone's focus. You should focus on the STATS and SET bonus of anything you pick up/equip. You can have a 5000 Item Level or 10000GS, but if you die in one hit (not having enough HP, which most of the NEW gear provides) then your not doing yourself any favors.

Talk to ToD campaign merchant and see if you can afford the Eternal gear set for 4x (15 fangs and 20K AD).
It auto-levels nicely, so will probably serve you well till you reach the level 70.
As for rings/neck/belt - you can probably use what you have till 70. You'll also get a better shirt/pants from the quests.

From what I've noticed, you can get a good ways before you need to start worrying about replacing your T2 gear. You'll find blue gear by completing the story so I do not recommend the eternal gear in the well of dragons. (I bought them and switched them out pretty quick.) I think it wasn't until rank 63-64 that I started having a harder time with the content (wearing 2 sets of 2 T2.

My opinion? switch it out when you get it periodically through the missions or random drops. Do not BUY anything.
