Ardent & Celestial Coins are Glicthed

It's now been since Elemental Evil is out i do not receive my coins and my celestial coins do not show up.
It's fine on my two other characters, but not on my main one..

Since it's probably lost due that a glitch days of prayers for nothing.
All other MMORPG's that i play offer compensation when this kind of things happens.

So therefore i need/want compensation. give me a Mythic Phoera... or give me 25 Ardent coins as compensation...

Not sure why Ardent displays and celestial do not. Have you checked the Riches tab in Inventory?

I suspect the problem could be related to the below. If you hit the problem after your first invoke, but before the 6th, it may explain the coin display.

Check your inventory and overflow slots. If your inventory is full or your overflow slots have items, you cannot invoke until you fix it and it possibly is causing the display error. The items go to limbo until you make space. As soon as you clear spots they pop into inventory.

As for 25 ardent coins for a problem that is affecting celestial coins, too funny.

I checked, i rarely overflow my bags because i have over 120 slots.
There is nothing, as for the riches tabs i see that i have 10 Celestial and 44 Ardent.

As far as i remember i think i had 7 the day that elemental evil come out.
With a 2 coins per days that should make me at least at 13.

As far i can remember the Ardent doesn't seem to have augmented too.
Ill be sure tomorrow when ill do it again.

It looks like i"m missing a few Celestial Coins for some reason.
And they don't show up in the Celestial Coins Tab/Section.

The thing is a don't really care about my Celestial Coins, but i do care if i'm not getting my Ardent ones.

PS : I played and tested many Japanese MMO's and most of the time even if it's a small glitch and they have to do another maintenance or a visual glitch they always give you a compensation.

But jugging by the ridiculous amount of glitches i encounter and the fact that this game is was already out on PC. I do not understand how come this game crippled with small bugs and glitches.. as small as they some may be.
If they were Sega, bugs would have been fixed very quickly and they would have have given a **** tones of compensations.

Yeah, this company wont compensate you for anything even if you have concrete proof of losing something due to their glitches. Everytime I have had to contact support, the response is basically "Be more careful next time". Even when it is 100% out of my control. I need to be more careful of when their game is going to glitch it seems.

Whenever you have 14/14 Celestial Coins, it will vanish from the display, just like in the OP, but they still work.

Woah there! Slow your roll buddy. There is a glitch, but it's not what you think, it's just a display glitch. YOU HAVE LOST NOTHING.

For some reason when you have 7/14 or 11-14/14 Celestial Coins they do not display. However, you STILL HAVE THEM. Check your own screen shot and note that the 7-coin purchase is lit up since you are able to afford it, with the number 7 in white, not red. In this case, I suspect you have 7/14 coins. When you hit 11 then the coffers you have been saving for will light up as well. Note that it would display 0/14 if you had lost them. Check it out next time you spend all yours. It doesn't just vanish like that. It's a display bug.

Well, as I have discovered since my post above, you are correct. Mostly. The situation above occurs with 14/14 combined with a full inventory/overload item. The reason the coffers are "redded out", the other items are stackable and are already in inventory. So, the elixir and professions pack

Just not so. While I had to go the extra mile to show that I was not trying to game the system, they did me a huge solid for a mistake I had made. Granted, some in-game content could have helped me avoid one issue in total, they still took care of me.

As for the OP, and a later response, I had a similar issue yesterday.

I did have stuff in my overflow bag and could not invoke. However, what was in my overflow were crafting items (crafters). I could not move them as each time I tried, I got an 'inventory full' message. I had cleared space from my main bag but still it would not let me move (with that error). Even emptying the crafting space would not work, and, you cant see your overflow bag from anything other than the main bag to move them directly to the crafting bag. Perhaps a fix would be to have the overflow bag show on every bag, including crafting bags.

I ended up having to delete what was in the overflow bag to have it work. Were just a few greens but it still had me cursing. You may want to make sure your crafting bags are not full (mats and crafters).
