Refining MH weapon, can't crit ? !!

So I have used all my saved up RP stones now with the 2x event.
Something I noticed though. On 7 different chars i did not crit even ONCE when refining weapons.
Didn't use any on cloak, belt and offhand.

Then I went on to the normal artifacts, and they seemed to crit just fine.

Does RNGesus just really really hate me, or can't you crit on weapons ???

    Not sure what you were using, but I think only enchantments can crit. The stones (resonance, etc), I don't believe they crit.

    I know I have heard of people refining one MH into another and getting a crit, so it can happen...just not sure the exact scenarios.
