@xsayajinx1 i hav a mage and is not 70... Btw this game is not about 1 vs 1 i guess u play mobas and say that in "all" chat... Is no need to fight just tell ur ítem lvl and boons and we will know your problem... I guess u hav trans on weapon and armor ? Full Burning Armor ? 1800 control bonus is 4.5% and u complain ? I hav T Elven 80% resist Artifact Power 50 % that is 52000 control resist... and all time ppl CC me for many seconds... I hav -110% resistance ignored and ppl take 0 damage from me all time... So if u think 1800 is a high stat... U need to read moré about game...

I think Sayajinx was trying to tell Cesuke, TR can still be super deadly even in Perfect Elven, and might be even harder to kill with more dodges and CC immunity. Cesuke thinks ppl that loses to TR with Elven sucks, which is definitely not true, there is something this young rogue has to learn

Not really... naw.
If a TR is deadly in PERFECT Elven, then that TR's already deadly no matter what. In other words, it's the player, not the enchantment in that case, because PE/Elven Battle does nothing different than what it was since like 6~7 mods ago. (except +30% to stamregen).
Granted, the root/immob resistance itself wasn't working properly, and there were some bugs associated with it, but Elven Battle really takes flight only after Pure and Transcendent grades, since it offers additional resistance to daze/interrupt and stun/hold, respectively. If it was just a near-immunity against slows, roots and immobs only all the way, then people wouldn't be complaining about it.
Stop making excuses. Be a man. If you know something to be broken, stop using it. Otherwise, you've got no right to be speaking of 'balance.'

I agree, hence I disagreed with Cesuke's comment "If a TR in elven kill u and u cant do anything... u are bad man... sad but true... " TR in elven can still be very deadly, the CC immunity and bonus Rolls buys them more immunity frame, and allowing them to have less gap inbetween stealths.
As u said, good TR and bad TR makes a lot of difference, I could kill 90%+ of the TRs that relays purely on SE and CD, but when it coems to fighting a skilled TR, GWF is just as good as dead, oh wait, maybe not, we get to run

@icyphish i said if a tr in Elven kills u and u cant do anything... I am with trans on armor and weapon full ranks 12 and many times a Guardián Fighter do more damage than me... I dont go rant to the GF forum...
@xsayajinx1 i did the same... U insult my build... U are in blue not even hav the Grim Armor... So play a bit more then talk... I just tell u that in pvp i can erase u with 1 Encounter Power with my "HAMSTER build" as u told me vía pm...
