Well Of Dragons Draconic Thayans Event/Blessings of Selune

For this event where on the map does the group participating in this event start? I have tried to do this event only to find myself joining at the very tail end. I have searched without success to find out where the group starts. All I have found is the group attacking the white dragon, but before this dragon cannot find them. I will not be able to go back to the Well of Dragons until I get my Gear Score built up again. Since the major update my Gear Score, and I am sure everyone else's gear score decreased by more than half, and all our stats were reset to Zero. Also is there anyone unable to invoke the Blessing of Selune? I am able to invoke but nothing happens, no rewards given.

You won't find groups in WOD, not enough players are level 70 to do the content.

Gear score no longer exists. It didn't mean squat anyway. The new scoring system is supposed to be more accurate.

You cannot invoke with a full inventory or items in your overflow bag.

You know I thought about that, but dismissed it because before the change my inventory is always full and sometimes with items in the overflow, and never had a problem invoking. Thanks for the info.
