SW: Dreadtheft+Lostmauth set doesn't proc; also Spiritfire not correct damage

So I have noticed that the Lostmauth set does not proc when Dreadtheft crits. See pic below:



For reference, here is a pic showing that the Lostmauth set procs when Harrowstorm crits:



I have the feat Spiritfire 5/5 which states that foes near the Soulpuppet take 50% of my weapon damage every second. This damage should be in the 615-752 range. As you can see in both pics above, the damage is nowhere near those numbers.

I believe Lostmauth not interacting with Dreadtheft is WAI.
Patch notes from April 23rd when it was applied:

Lostmauth Artifact Set: This set bonus no longer incorrectly triggers rapidly on powers that tick frequently.

Dreadtheft was one of these powers

I'ts the same with lifesteal, most weaponenchants, etc etc ...... bugged, broken and maybe even working as intended.

I had forgotten about that patch note, makes sense. Although I would think it would proc on the 1st hit of dreadtheft like it does on warlocks bargain.

If Lostmauth is not working with DT and WB, do you think the extra 2 points in CONS from a different belt/set would be better? 2% extra damage in everything vs weapon damage only on crits on certain powers. I would think the 2% extra damage would do more DPS for a warlock as our primary encounters are DT and WB.
