Unable to access Level 60+ Skirmishes.

Greetings everyone,
I just turned level 60 a few days ago, and I did not receive the quest. "The Mystery of Sharandar" from Sergeant Knox, so I am unable to do any 60+ skirmishes. The only request that I recieved is "Sharandar Rewards" from Iliyasha, which has been very buggy for me, and appears to be unable to complete. I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue as well? I had googled it and searched for hours for an answer, it seems my friend who is also level 60 is unable to do her campaign stuff either. Although, before the patch my friends who just started playing were able to do their campaign quests.

Thanks for your help, I have submitted a ticket to a GM, but so far I have recieved no responses, nor does my ticket show up in the ticket window.

Update: Nevermind, I recieved a response from a GM thanks for looking! It requires level 70, instead of 60! But I am still unable to do Skirmishes for my level as there is NONE in my Queue. Is that because of that patch as well? http://www.arcgames.com/en/games/neverwinter/news/detail/9522993

    Yes, all the campaign stuff is level 70 now. Which includes the campaign skirmishes.

    to do either dread legion or master ofthe hunt you have to finish the dread ring quest and the sharandar quest you egt at 60 if yo ufinsihed those you can go the skirmishes

    Patch notes from Sept. 15 say that
    Abberant Assault Skirmish has been added to the queues for levels 59-67. Players will be Bolstered to level 60. The final boss room will now also draw ground FX better to make the encounter more readable.
    Does the skirmish not show in your queue?

    This is not accurate, dread legion and master of the hunt are available at level 60 if you've unlocked them with the intro quests.

    Can you do the intro quests before 70, though?
