error report system failed

hello, my game crashes every now and again, and when i does crash i fill out the box that comes up and i type i problem inot it, well i got a shock today when i opened my task bar and every single error report, failed to send, so i guess here i am at the fourms, game crashes when moving zone DR to PE, and in epic dungeons, but the moving zone one happens a lot more,
when it doesnt happen Neverwinter is a great game,
