Sigil artifacts

to get the sigil artifacts we need 2 character at lvl 70? or lvl 60 ? is in black ice the mission right?

i have a GWF lvl 70 and a GF lvl 60...

I think 60, unless it's been changed sometime after mod6. My pally never leveled past 60 and I have that sigil...

Edit: well, never leveled to 70 anyway, and I got the sigil when my first pally hit 60

Ah, well, that's different - and a more recent change. Guess you're out of luck until you hit 70 then.

oh i remember now, i dont have 3 boons!! somebody can say for sure if i can get the sigil at lvl 60? i can get 3 boons from dragons campaing

They were under some delusion for 6 months and NOW have come to the firm decision that the campaign zones are level 70 only. Unless level 70, do not pass go. You can take your own guesses as to how this benefits them.
