Stats and Ratings for PVE Cleric???(Faithfull healer)

Im 70, im running dungeons and skirmishes all day.. i have 1.9k gear, im going to buy new gear soon, so i want to know which stats and ratings, are the BEST for a cleric on PVE (Faithfull healer)

Too general to answer.
You should provide more info about you cleric: path, role you want to play in the team, etc.
Your stats are already there when you started the game: so there is nothing to say unless you're planning a reroll. Are you Wis-Pow, Wis-Cha, Pow-Cha? If by stats you mean your evaluation points, then there's no unique answer to your question: the same objective can be reached in multiple ways.
Ratings is unclear to me: what do you mean?
Are you mainly a healer? Do you want to buff? Do you want some dps?
I suggest to go through the forum and you will find many interesting ideas.

My DC is also Divine Oracle, Faithful with a bit of righteous. Full heal spec. 2.7k ilevel.

92k hitpoints
6.5k crit
7k recovery
15k power
5.7k defense
27 WIS, 21 CHA, 20 STR

High hitpoints will stop you getting one-shotted in T2s, although dungeon difficulty has been decreased recently, so maybe it isn't needed as much anymore? Aim for 33% crit (or higher if you want) and load up as much recovery as you can to get the DG/Bastion/AS cooldowns (if you use them) as low as possible. Once you have enough crit and recovery, start stacking power.

Probably not the best, but I know a few Clerics with similar stats/ratings to mine, so hopefully this will give you some idea of what to aim for.

No it doesn't. Ar Pen affects damages.
Here mines:
87K HP
21K power
12K recovery
5.5K crit
>8K defense
<1K Ar Pen

29 WIS, 22 CHA, 15 STR.
This values include the ioun stone effect.

The approach here is the opposite from suxip: stack power and recovery and then go crit.
Benefits:
1) Fast cooldown
2) <b class="Bold">High AP Gain : currently I've +91% AP gain
3)Huge power buff: currently I pass 5K+ power to the team.
4) power heals

Combine 2) & 3) and the team plays overpowered and most of the time over HG (the best buff in my opinion) or protected by Annointed Army. Heals are given for free.
