"Impact Shot", "One with the Shadows" (I need a little help.)

Hey guys.

I got one question about how is the "One with the Shadows" feat exactly works. So, I will be a perma stealth rogue and I realize if I have "One with the Shadows" feat every 15 seconds when I dealing damage with an encounter my stealth meter is refilled. Here is my question: If I have an active "One with the Shadows" effect and I deal damage with "Impact Shot" from stealth (!) my stealth will be refilled and does not remove me from stealth or is it remove me from stealth but I have full stealth again? I just asking it because if a rogue use an encounter from stealth it is remove the rogue from stealth. (Except "Bait and Switch" and "Shadow Strike".)

Impact Shot: "Attack your opponent from a medium range, pushing them slightly. This skill has 3 encounter powers, and deals additional damage for each charge remaining. Stealthed: Briefly Stuns the target, and costs no charges. (Damage is based on having 2 charges.)

One with the Shadows: "Every 15 seconds, you gain the One with the Shadows effect. One with the Shadows: Next time you deal damage with an Encounter power, your stealth meter is refilled. For 10 seconds after, your Encounters power deal 20% more damage."

Update: I tried this out on preview shard. The "Impact Shot" is refill my stealth and does not remove me from stealth. Perfect

Impact shot isint good in most situacions, esp vs other perma stealth TRs >.>
