3rd LoL chest

I think I'm missing the third LoL chest that has the horn in it. After running this dungeon hundreds (likely over a thousand) times at this point and not seeing it drop once, nor anyone get it out of the chest, I'm sure I'm missing it and/or doing something wrong.

Any help on the location of this third would be much appreciated. Thx!

    I was told it drops from the dragon. not sure how correct this is. just what I heard

    Saw it drop twice and two friends have gotten it in right chest

    Dont worry. it will drop ALOT more in Mod 6, as LoL will be a T1 dungeon run.

    It drops from dragon and you can get it in the right chest. I have gotten 2, one in both ways, its just extremely RARE.

    Also, did you say a 3rd ELOL chest? lol I wish there were 3 chests to get loot from.
