What is the new thing on dungeons about armor pen? Thanks..
And How much armor do the monsters have? So i dont stack more Armor Pen than neccesary.

    I think you missunderstood patch notes. Enemies applied arpen incorrectly at players, not players at enemies. So you still need the same amount of arpen.

    For PVE, the goal is 60% resistance Ignore.
