New AH bug

Last night i sold 2 items and for return i got 2 closed envelopes but they were empty. i lost 450k AD. Anyone had a similar experience?

    Not yet, sold a few items from lockboxes, and i got my AD for the sales.
    I do believe in killing the messenger...

    I sold Symbol of Water and got my AD maybe someone is using for specific transactions to lower the possibility to get caught

    i sold greater mark of power 1 was bundle of 5 and the other 1 gmop.

    You should file a ticket - include the exact datetime from the email and what you sold. Even better, post a screenshot. Put in a ticket and ask (politely) if there's anything CS can do about that. Don't rant about having lost AD - they don't really care how much you lost, but if they can do anything about it (and sometimes they can), they will. Don't expect an instant turnaround - it can take a few days. But if you're polite about it, you stand a good chance since this wasn't some foolish accident on your part. They WILL check your story though... If this is a glitch of some sort (probably not a hack...), they might be able to help you. The less you come off like a whiny brat (not that you are here or will... but still), the more likely they are to take the time to help you. They get thousands of tickets a day, and they can and DO give canned "sorry, can't help you with that sort of issue" responses to people that talk down to them or otherwise act like jackasses... but, if you have a legitimate problem and are polite and professional about it, they will be too and in my experience, they really are very helpful (and pretty fast) when dealing with someone polite. They can't always do what you're asking them do to... but if you're polite, they generally will do what they can. If you're not... don't expect much... Remember the old saying, you catch flies with bull**** wait... that's not it. Mean people suk? mmm.. no, that's not the one... oh well. :)

    Well, you just might have had the rotten luck of selling something to an account, that was banned just now... just guessing here. But that might explain why there was no AD attached to the mails.

    And unless your issue is related to the ZEN shop, you can ask nicely all the way from here to the great beyond... the support will not help.
    It's really that plain and simple.

    I had the "rank 4 powers" bug on my SW, i used the free respec and two paid for full respec tokens and still got stuck again while leveling to 70.
    The bug was also not magically solved by reaching level 70, so i had to contact the support... after a week of waiting and of course explaining the problem calm and polite over and over again with screenshots of course, it got a free respec, but no refund for the other two waisted full respec tokens.

    The ticket was closed by the support, and that was all she wrote. In any other game, with another support, they might have checked my account for those respec tokens, restored them and perhaps even apologised for the trouble or added some compensation... not here.

    This support is as usefull as an empty fire extinguisher during a house fire.

    honestly i don't expect any help from CS of this game never taken any help nor heard anyone has taken any help from them sure i made a bug report of exact time and character name but guess there are very few GMs and they r very very busy. i m playing MMOs for more than 10 years and have seen that kind of exploit before. i lost a few but if someone had found an exploit ppl selling valuable things will be in danger.
