Where to unlock Shores of Tuern?

Hi people.

I've finished Helping Zetharin, Portal to Tuern and even got the key from campaign task... but I can't find the task to unlock Shores of Tuern or Loudmouth lair. I don't have them on the list either. I'm level 68, but I've read the skirmish should be available from lvl 60 already.

Campaign tasks look like this. I see no Shores of Tuern unlock (From wiki)

    Don't even bother playing it, IMO, it's got the worst rubber-banding in the game.
    I tried 3 times and could not finish because the whole party could not move.
    You're not missing anything...

    So the only 60+ skirmish will be master of the hunt until you are 70? Sharandar is the only one that can be unlocked before level 70. It gets really old by itself.

    Dread Legion skirmish also should be 60+ if I am not mistaken.Level 70 must be your first aim anyways.You can do this skirmishes for daily Rhix rewards but it is not rewarding more than that
