Divine Call unavailable. Is it a bug?

Hello guys and guls.
After getting level 10 on my OP, class feature has been unlocked but remained unavailable. It's missing from the tray and I cannot drag it there from power UI. Is it a bug and I should contact support or it will become usable when I'll choose paragon path at 30th lvl?

    Do you have a "free" respec button somewhere? That's supposed to happen now any time your powers bug like that. If you don't see it, yes, contact support.

    I had this happen during a respec... 4 times.... the only way I could fix it was to use another respec token.... 4 times! thats 1200 zen... to do one respec.... I sent complaints to customer support to try and get a refund... but nothing... GG cryptic.. way to care about your player base and support them when your coding is so amazing.... just saying...

    Have you put in enough points to reach the tab mechanic? I know tab was unavailable to me at level 20 until I had spent points to get it.

    This same thing has happened to me. I'm at level 12, spent 14 points and have no Class Mechanic. It's not in my power tray. I'm not paying for a respec.

    Haha! Tried to report the bug, but there's a bug in the Report Bug form. You must select the Type of problem you're reporting, but the dropdown menu is empty, ergo you cannot select a Type, ergo the Submit button remains grayed out. Cannot submit problem. Grrr!
