FPS dropping after zoning.

Just came back to Neverwinter after a few months break. Never had this issue until now, nothing on my PC has changed.

Logging in, the game runs smooth. Enter an instance, the game runs smooth. Exit the instance, the game becomes a slide show and unplayable until I exit and restart.

I've tried playing on everything set to minimum, doesn't help. Funny thing is, if I hide the UI, game runs smooth as silk.

Any have any ideas? I'm guessing there is a problem with the UI, any commands to flush/reset it?

go to rearange hud and hide mission tracker that seems to be the culprit
