Frame rate seems to be worse now. It improves significantly if I go to inspect mode, or if I bring up the options menu. I made sure that nothing has changed from my previous setting. Hope you guys can fix this, the bad frame rate make me dizzy.

Memory leak in the Interface somewhere. We now have to restart the game very often and sometimes removing optional Hud windows reduces the lag but the leak still persists till we relaunch.
Yes framerate was perfect during Dragonflight, but not before or after. it was at 14-20fps in Green Dragon area before it started then when Dragonflight started, it shot up to 70fps. After it had ended, it dropped to 8-10fps. Also when selecting a quest the framerate picked back up again.
Frame rate is definitely an issue. Graphics as a whole seems more stressful. Once again, spots of ground are invisible.
•Stronghold Coffer: There is a new log in the guild window that shows what guild members have donated. causes game crash
•Stronghold Plots: Resolved an issue where the time to upgrade a structure shown in the confirmation window wasn't being shown correctly (it was being shown as always 0). Nope, still shows 0
I've solved the framerate issue by hiding the quest tracker window only in HUD. Without it, the framerate is high at maximum details. Please solve it. Discussing with some guildmates, it seems that this workaround works well for the ATI video cards in particular.

if you press ESC,
Goto rearrange HUD,
Hide Mission Tracker
your Frame rate issue will resolve.
if you like you could leave your Mission Tracker where it is and press 'B' when in battle.
