stronghold siege training exit

Just trying out stronghold siege training for the first time. I cannot currently find an exit. I also have not been able to find anything on the stronghold wiki page regarding this. Can someone help me out please? Thanks so much.

    abandon quest or if your like me and took it on a toon that wasn't 70 I hit escape request gm help stuck can not progress and then gave me option to abandon it and when did it took me out of the instance
