How do i teleport to the Moonstone mask,I should be able to do this with my VIP rank of 2?

    I too am having a problem with this. When clicking the moonstone mask icon it comes up with an error saying I am not at the right rank, which I am, or I havent turned in the sleeping dragon quest, which I already have. Anyone else having this problem?
