Warlock and various companions will not attack scorpions (eLoL)

I have seen this problem in lair of lostmauth a few times already on my warlock. I don't know what causes it, but any companions will NOT attack the scorpion(s).
This includes summoned companion, soul puppet and immolation spirits. They will just stand there and do nothing. They will not attack. All they do is follow me around as if nothing was happening. I've tried relogging, exiting the dungeon and zoning back in, and well, even dying. Nothing clears this bug up. They will continue to stand around and be useless. Extremely annoying.
