I may have read somewhere sometime ago that the damage is calculated like this /might not be accurate
RI = ARP * ( 1 - tenacityARPresist );
x = base * ( 1 + critSev - tenacityCritDR ) * ( 1 - tenacityDR ) * clamp( DR * RI, 0.8 );
finalX = x * ( 1 + buffs ) * ( 1 - debuffs );
Wanted to know if there was a debuff cap like max DR is 80%.

PS: Did some google and found my answer (I think). Just gonna leave the formula here anyway. Still not sure if that's accurate.

The answer to my own question lol
Debuffs in Neverwinter are classified into two types, which I will call defense debuff multiplier and booster debuff multiplier.
~
Damage in PvP = base damage * (1+ Σ buffs %) * (1+ Σ booster debuff multipliers %) *(1 + RI % – DR% (including any effects from defensive boosts and defense debuff multipliers)) * (1- TeR %)
