PvE builds?

I'm looking for some PvE builds and all that I can find are PvP builds. I just got mine up to 70 and have 2k IL doing just fine in kessels and such. I can keep agro and do well with buffing everyone with into the fray and 42% DR. I'm just looking into artifacts and see what others have to see about being the best GF I can manage.
