No Fang of the Dragonflight reward for the person that starts the A Matter of Dragons event?

My group successfully completed the "A Matter of Dragons" Stronghold quest, and everyone involved received the 1 Fang of Dragonflight reward except me. I was the event starter (spoke to the wizard and started it). There seems to be no way to report this issue in-game with a support ticket.

    why do u save someone to start it it starts automatically at 4. minute if noone starts it.

    No, it is not automatic. At least, not this morning. Only 2 person stood in red. 4 minutes passed. The event disappeared. If nobody talk to wizard, no dragon will land.

    It's a one time quest. Otherwise, you only get fangs from opening the boxes or killing 2 or more dragons.

    Thank you ironzerg. I was hoping my quest wasn't muddled up or something :)
