Claim reward from HE is bugged.

I'm sure it's mentioned before, when the claim reward doesn't work, it still counted as you got the influence.

Happened to 3 of my chars where I tried both Ctrl+f and clicking on Claim Reward did nothing a few times. So all those chars only got like 20-35 influence instead of the daily 400 maximum.

    Yes, there is a thread about this and commanderander notes a fix is on the way:
    Hi again everyone,

    Our lead programmer has uncovered what was triggering an issue with certain HE's "lagging" when you hit Ctrl+F, causing players to not receive their proper Influence. I'll be working on a fix for this today and hopefully we will get this change out soon.

    Our hope is to also release this fix with another tweak we are working on, which is changing the Influence daily cap to reset at 3 AM every day instead of the personal 20 hour cooldown.
