Am I losing a ton of dps by not rocking this during tiamat?

    Not sure. I would also like to know if you wear two of them do the bonuses stack up??

    That would in no way come close to a dmg difference of +800 per like 15 strikes in rapid succession.

    I believe that it works one time on the activation of your at will power. You can check the combat logs in the chat window after using it to be sure though.
