Marking Ability of some Classes

Last time i ran some dungeons and open world Heroic Encounters with a Guardian Fighter as a GWF.
I then somehow noticed that we both used all our abilites to Mark the enemy.
What now happens is that, when i as a GWF use my Daring shout Encounter i mark all enemies around me, and they should remain marked until after 20 sec.
If the GF decides to mark the enemy with one of his encounters such as Enforced Threat, he will put another Mark on top of mine. If he now is being hit by one of the double Marked enemies the Mark vanishes.
Problem is that also my Mark from the GWF ability vanishes which should remain unchanged.

after testing the effectivness remained 20% ( gf with cleave atttack) after two marks from tab ability applied. Just on enemy shows that two guardians used tab mark.
Also enforced threat ovveride tab effectiveness and vice versa. they cant stack.
