Steam wallet disabled?

For some reasons i cannot use my steam wallet in NW anymore.
In zen market the link to team wallet is now replaced by a link to arc billing website.
Looks like steam overlay is also turned off.

    it is *ALWAYS* better to buyzen through diamond and then through arc. PWE put a 14-30 hold -depending on their mood- on all zen purchases made through steam.

    Actually, that statement is inaccurate. They put your account under probation (all Zen purchases are bound to account) until Steam gives them the money, not depending on their mood.

    This. though you can wait until the probation is lifted to use the zen, at which point it will work normally. If you buy Keys with the zen, the "boundness" will be contagious on any items you get from the lockbox, so if you are planning to open them for sale/trade, you should wait until the probation is lifted. If you plan to use anything you get, though, it really doesn't matter one way or the other anyway.

    Pro-tip: Don't buy through Steam :)

    Yea steam wallet is working but if you use it they will put you on probation.

    It can be a good thing ,when someone says neverwinter is pay 2 win they are lieing because here I am right now with a ruined character,no astral diamonds and can`t buy anything. On the other hand if your selling ad illegally this probably makes you real popular since we can`t use the zen we purchased legally to exchange for AD.

    NeverWinter is still my fav game just becareful using steam wallet :)
