Looking for leveling build.

I'd recommend the exec for levelling. NW PvE content is notoriously easy and casual. You'd probably wipe every group of mobs with a single shot of first-strike assisted Blitz or even Smokebomb.

With all the 60-70 concern (and I say this hoping the blog post will in fact make the grind easier) and also considering that the 1-60 leveling process is fairly easy, go executioner with max damage. You should want to go from 1-60 as fast as possible, so you'll have more time to spend for 60-70 xD But if at some point you can't survive the mobs anymore, go Scoundrel with a full daze build. It becomes much much sloooooooowwer, and I can't emphasize that enough, but you won't die as often.

Well, exe is good at lower lvls, at higer ones ( if not geared ) it's a bit frustrating
