Driver problems after i bought vip?

so yesterday i buy vip, only bought level 1 so far but after u buy it, try to log back in a few hours later and start getting this driver problem. Never had any issues loading up the game before and now it takes hours to actually get inton the game, wtf can i get a refund on this ViP <font color="orange">HAMSTER</font> because it says if i dont claim my key everyday then i lose them....
