Possible Zen Store Issue

After getting myself a fair bit of Zen, I've apparently run into an unforeseen issue: I had purchased two Greater Bags of Holding, but only one ever showed up in my inventory, with no sign of the second Greater Bag. Unfortunately, I'm not certain of what to do, exactly.
