Oathbound Paladin?

Has it been confirmed whether the Oathbound Paladin will be part of next month's major Mods release, since it was part of Mod 6? Or is it just the Mod content alone? From what little I've seen of the class, it looks intriguing, and since I'm considering getting Dragonborn as a playable race, the idea of a Dragonborn OP is rather appealing.

    Excellent. I may have to look more closely at getting the Dragonborn race, then -- I was originally considering doing so for the GWF (even though I've heard it's sub-optimal anymore as a class), but I may well hold off to make it an OP instead. I've certainly enjoyed my Drow Scourge Warlock, that's for certain.

    GWF in Mod 6 is the king of single target DPS for things like dragons and uber mobs, you should definitely still consider it.
