Strongholds is broken cannot contribute anymore due to 30,000 guild mark limit

i have been playing since beta on the same charactor and as a result i had accumulated lots of surplus campaign currencies etc ,day one of strongholds i contributed till i hit the 30k guild mark limit and now can no longer contribute to my guild stronghold untill i spend my guild marks ....
Which i cant spent till the stronghold is a way higher level and unlocks the guild store...
which seems to me that noone can unlock the guild store if everyone has a limit of only 30k guild marks and there is a limit to how many toons can be in a guild (150 accounts and 500 characters).
This is a stupid limit since the toons that have been played the most can contribute the most but cant cause of the guild mark limit,while toons that have little to contribute at the start will strugle to earn anything to contribute for a long while.
This limit also directly prevents small guilds from EVER progressing cause once the small number in the guild hit the 30k guild mark limit they will no longer be able to contribute.
