Looking for a Guild

Hello I am looking for a guild to join to help make the endgame content easier ( tired of getting kicked for no reason). I can play pretty often I tend to be on for about 3 hours a day during the week and as much as I can on weekends. I have a lvl 60 GWF, CW, and TR. I have 11K GS on my GWF and 10K on my CW my TR is a fresh lvl 60 . I am looking for a guild that can teach me more about the game and help with advice and such as this is my first mmo type game. Also I am on the west coast so any guilds on that side would be cool.
