Graphics blurry, not sharp, Need assistance

So after the update, I couldn't get pass the loading screen, which just kept crashing the GameClient. Then I went to safe mode, it asked me if I want to lower the graphics, and for simplicity and testing I did. Then it ran the game, it was a bit laggy and blurry but I figured it was because safe mode. When I got back out of the safe mode, the game ran successfully without lag. However, all the graphics were screwed and blurry, images feel not sharp(even at the char select screen), except for the GUI. Here is a pic of the graphics. Any help is welcome, thank you! edit: this is small picture, but the graphics appear even more blurry when in full screen.

Hello... in the Display setup, there is a slider to adjust the graphics quality. Check to make sure this is set to 100%. I had this same issue. Not sure if this setting helps for lower-end PCs that might struggle with graphics.
