Can't open dungeon chests or send PM's directly

I've submitted tickets for both issues but have been directed here. For the chests, after any normal dungeon, I am not able to open the chest even with the daily dungeon key but my other party members are always able to. When I hover my mouse over the chest, no "F" option appears to use the key.
With PM's, it does not allow me to right click someones name and PM them. When I try, I right click, hit PM, then my chat box says [TELL] Their name here. After their name, I type a message and hit enter, but it doesn't send anything. Ever. I can only talk to people with tell by using the /r feature if they message me first. However, with /r, the users name is the same color of my tell color and is in brackets also, whereas when I click PM, their name is just in white like normal text and not in brackets.
