Do the temporary HPs from TW count as a heal in terms of triggering other powers/feats such as Sanctity?

    No. Temporary Hit Points are in addition to normal and not a heal. This is much clearer now that Temps overlay actual with mod 7.
    Obsidian Moonlight - Paladin
    Obsidian Oath - Warlock
    A whole lot of other Obsidian toons as well.
