Guild mail and guild issues

I hope this gets to the right people and I also wanted to see if anybody else was having these issues.
1. Can you please allow us to send more than one guild mail a day. There are times when things come up that one isn't enough
2. Can you please allow us to type more in one message at a time. I didn't realize the other day there was a limit but due to that I couldn't get what I needed to get out to all my members until the next day when I could finish what needed to be said
3. Some of us don't have a keyboard hooked in to our xbox so when we do type a message it takes awhile. Can you please either turn off the idle timer or at least extend it. Nothing better than being half way thru typing a message only to get kicked to the main menu and having to start over.
4. Can you change the guild roster so that when you pull the list up the current online guild members show up first.
5. Can you make it so we can inspect online guild members without having them in our current group. Many have asked for advice but we will be in a full group and can't just leave to go and see what's going on
6. And my last one for now. Can you make the guild mail have options similar to guild chat to where you can send to the entire guild or just founders or officers and higher.
